Research On The Problem Of Drilling Servicing Pricing In Q Oilfield

Since the sharp decline of international crude oil price in June 2014,the drilling service pricing of Q Oilfield Branch of Petro China Limited(hereinafter referred to as Q Oilfield)is facing the situation of insufficient drilling capital,completion of drilling industry integration and improvement of drilling environmental protection requirements.The current pricing of drilling services can't solve the problem of insufficient drilling funds.The pricing items of drilling services don't meet the requirements of the new environmental protection law.The pricing mechanism and risk control of drilling services also need to be further improved.After the integration of the drilling industry,the pricing objectives and Strategies of drilling services need to be adjusted and improved.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the pricing problem of drilling services in Q oilfield.From the perspective of the buyers of drilling services,the paper uses literature research,field interviews,questionnaire and case studies on the basis of marketing pricing theory system.This paper summarizes the previous pricing theory and application of pricing practice,aiming at solving the problems of drilling service pricing in Q oilfield,and makes a comprehensive discussion on the current situation of drilling service pricing in Q oilfield.This paper summarizes and sorts out the various problems existing in the pricing of drilling services in Q oilfield,and deeply analyses the reasons behind the problems.It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the pricing objectives,pricing methods,pricing strategies,price adjustment and pricing risk response of drilling services in Q oilfield.Finally,the conclusions of the study are summarized and the shortcomings of the study are prospected.Through the research on the pricing problem of drilling service in Q oilfield,the pricing system of drilling service in Q oilfield has been perfected and improved,and a set of more scientific pricing system of drilling service has been formed,which solves the problems existing in the pricing of drilling service in Q oilfield,and provides a reference for other oilfields to improve the pricing of drilling service.
