This Layout Oilfield Drilling Fluid Technology Research

The theme mainly introduces Benbutu oilfield,the oil layer preservation technology.38 oily water wells have been developed so far since Ben Bu Tu oilfield started exploring in 1996.It has certain scales but the main oil production area concentrates in northwestward while only 8 wells are developed in southeastward due to affected by physical property of reservoir bed and structure location.Reservoir use is in low extent.The paper shall be proceeded with technical points of drilling fluid in protecting oil bed in BenBuTu oilfield.It mainly analyzes the characteristics and potential damage facters of reservoir bed in ben bu tu oilfield.In southeast of BenBuTu oilfield lies hypo hollow and ultralow penatrate reservoir bed,it has such complex characteristics as weak physical properties,strong sensitivities and nonuniformity, more development of coal bed.Such events will easily happen during drilling as formation damages due to water sensitivity,water blocking and formation plugging,expansion and hydration of ruffite,fluid lost in sections with cracks and coal bed collapse.It will result in adverse effect in later drilling and development,so oil bed protection technology must be performed during drilling.Such formation damages as water sensitivity,water blocking and formation plugging will be well resolved,incidents of coal bed collapse and lost of fluid in sections with cracks due to hydration and expansion of ruffite by establishing a new set of oil bed protection technology and performing technical research of ultralow penatrate and lubricant drilling fluid,establishing a new type of drilling fluid system.A good result of oil bed protection has been reached,and the site test has been successfully performed.It meets the requirements of drilling technique and oil bed protection,and reached the goal of well wall prevension, leak prevension and stopping.
