Research On The Investment Control In Oilfield Surface Engineering Construction Projects

Based on the characteristics and investment control methods of current oil field surface engineering construction projects,this paper analyses the current situation and problems of investment control of oil field surface engineering construction projects,combines with actual investigation,establishes an interpretative structure model to analyze the main factors affecting the investment control of the project,and finally puts forward countermeasures against the influencing factors.Firstly,the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of investment control of engineering projects and ground engineering construction projects is analyzed,and the main ideas and methods are put forward.Meaning and characteristics of Oilfield Surface Engineering Construction project,meaning and content of investment control of Oilfield Surface Engineering Construction project,working procedure and so on are expounded.Secondly,through investigating the current situation and existing problems of investment control in Oilfield Surface Engineering Construction projects.This paper points out the current situation of investment control of oil field surface engineering projects,and focuses on the problems existing in the investment control of oil field surface engineering projects.On this basis,the influencing factors of investment in oilfield surface engineering construction projects are selected by questionnaire method,and then the explanatory structure model is established,and the influencing factors of investment in oilfield surface engineering construction projects are analyzed.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the investment runaway of Oilfield Surface Engineering Construction projects,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In the course of this study,based on the problems existing in the current oilfield surface engineering construction projects,combined with the actual investigation and application of interpretative structural model,the influencing factors of investment control in the current oilfield enterprise surface engineering construction projects in China are classified into different levels.Finally,the concrete countermeasures for effectively controlling the investment control in the four stages of oilfield surface engineering construction projects and information management are put forward.
