Construction waste disposal is of great significance to improve the overall resource utilization rate of the construction industry and society,reduce carbon emissions,build a "two-carbon" society,and promote the high-quality development of the construction industry and society as a whole.Waste disposal PPP projects have been widely implemented across the country,but construction waste disposal PPP projects are not as popular as domestic waste disposal PPP projects.Research on the investment risks of social capitalists in construction waste disposal PPP projects can effectively reduce the concerns of social capitalists investing in waste disposal PPP projects.This paper mainly focuses on the evaluation of the investment risk of social capitalists in construction waste disposal PPP projects,constructs a corresponding evaluation model,quantitatively evaluates each investment risk factor and the investment risk as a whole,and proposes a targeted response strategy for social capitalists’ investment risk control.The main research findings of this paper are as follows.(1)Establish a list of investment risk influencing factors for the social capital party of construction waste disposal PPP projects.After sorting out the principles and ideas of influencing factors identification,this paper makes preliminary identification of social capital party investment risk influencing factors from four major aspects: government,environment,construction and operation.Subsequently,the initial list of factors was revised from both expert meetings and questionnaire surveys.Finally,a list of investment risk influencing factors for social capitalists in construction waste treatment PPP projects containing 24 influencing factors in 4 categories was constructed.(2)Construct the evaluation model of investment risk of social capital party of construction waste treatment PPP project.By sorting out and selecting common weight calculation methods and factor evaluation methods,this paper constructs an investment risk evaluation model based on MIV-BP neural network and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The weight calculation module is designed from BP neural network structure to network training and then transferred to the algorithm solution of MIV algorithm for the weight of influencing factors.The process is sorted out by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for impact factor scoring.Finally,a complete investment risk evaluation model for social capital party of construction waste treatment PPP project is constructed.(3)Validation of the social capitalist investment risk evaluation model by YLQ project.This paper uses the YLQ project to verify the investment risk evaluation model proposed in this paper.By introducing the basic profile of YLQ project,we introduce the case study,train the MIV-BP neural network with the sample data and finally derive the weight data of investment risk influencing factors,and evaluate the investment risk of social capital side of YLQ project by using the expert evaluation data and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the results of the empirical analysis of the YLQ project,four categories of countermeasures are proposed for the reference of the subsequent construction waste treatment PPP project social capitalists in investment risk management.Figure 14,Table 17,Reference 40... |
