"Employee Value Integral Management" is an innovative value management mode for Shengli Oilfield to achieve fine management."Value Integral Management" mode is to systematically sort out the whole work content of the staff,quantify and assign each work according to relevant standards and specific management practice.To achieve the staff's work quantity,work quality,work efficiency,work efficiency,work efficiency of fine assessment and trace management,truly achieve the assessment management of the whole staff,the whole process,full coverage,stimulate the vitality of the team,improve team execution and labor productivity.The popularization and application of the "value integral management" mode provides an important carrier for every employee to become a value creator and every post to become a point of benefit growth,and provides a strong guarantee for promoting the formation of a lively situation in oil field production plants in which everyone strives for the first place and everyone is capable.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the problems existing in the popularization and application of "value integral management" and to improve the level of "value integral management" of employees.This paper mainly introduces the popularization and implementation of employee value integral management in various management areas of Binnan Oil Production Plant,and combs out the problems existing in the implementation process by employee questionnaire survey.The main problems are as follows: the promotion of employee value integral management in some management areas is inadequate,the design of value integral system and assessment system is inadequate.Faced with a small number of employees,psychological pressure is greater.In view of the above main problems,the author continues to go deep into the grass-roots investigation of employees,and analyzes the four factors that lead to the problems: some employees understanding and understanding of value integral management is not comprehensive enough,value integral system exists design deficiencies,unreasonable assignment,evaluation system exists data bias,cash lag,a small number of employees.There is a lack of vocational skills and lack of learning and practice ability.Based on the results of the investigation and the analysis of the causes,the author puts forward four specific measures: to improve the management area staff understanding of value points management,refine the management position of staff value points,optimize the evaluation system of staff value points and incorporate flexible measures to protect staff physical and mental health.
