With the rapid development of shale gas field,some shale gas wells are faced with the problem of sand production.Due to the production of a large number of solid particles,it causes blockage and erosion of surface pipelines,equipment,instruments and so on,which seriously restricts the safety of test wells.The research object of this paper is the sand remover applied in the construction site of a shale gas field.On the basis of the investigation and investigation of the working situation in the field,the types and characteristics of the high-pressure sand remover are expounded,and the working principle of the sand remover is analyzed.Then,the adaptability of cyclone sand remover is analyzed from the aspects of sand particle size,fluid velocity,fluid fluidity,operation and safety.On the basis of the model,the simulation calculation is carried out by Fluent tool.The design of cylinder type sand remover is carried out,and the results are analyzed.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The problems in the field application of the sand remover are found after field investigation.According to the field conditions of shale gas,the use of swirling sand remover in the fracturing stage is put forward according to the field conditions of shale gas.The sand removal scheme of filter tube type sand remover is applied in the trial production stage after pressing.(2)Based on a sand remover applied on shale gas recovery platform,the geometric model of cyclone sand remover applied in fracturing stage is established.Aiming at the problem of low separation efficiency,the analysis and calculation are carried out by using Fluent software.According to the simulation results,the optimization scheme of sand remover structure is put forward.The factors affecting the separation efficiency,including inlet velocity,particle concentration and particle diameter,were studied.Then,the filter barrel type sand remover is designed,the key parts are checked and a complete filter barrel type sand removal equipment is designed.(3)The failure form of the plug valve is analyzed theoretically,and the preventive measures are put forward: selecting the valve material which conforms to the EE class acid-proof environment valve,using the plug valve which accords with the standard high processing quality and heat treatment performance;operate and maintain the plug valve according to the standard;recommend replacement of two-seat gate valve using the same material and pressure grade as necessary.
