Personal protection of rescuers is necessary for violent accidents,fire scenes,natural disasters and other occasions.Among them,violent accidents occur frequently,and sharp objects such as various knives and fragments have a high probability of causing personal injury,so their protection is extremely important.For knives,the main forms of action include piercing,cutting and slashing,while piercing is the impact of a point force,which has strong penetrating power and can easily cause harm to the human body,while general flexible protective equipment cannot protect the human body.Safety.In this paper,we choose to fill the polyimide(PI)resin with inorganic particles to prepare a doped anti-stab composite resin sheet,discuss the factors affecting its anti-stab performance,and verify the blocking mechanism of inorganic particles,and get the following conclusions:(1)The influence of the particle size and filling mass fraction of the inorganic particles on the anti-stab performance of the resin sheet was explored.The results showed that with the increase of the diamond content,the anti-stab performance of the resin sheet first increased and then decreased,mainly because the diamond content can increase the resin The blocking ability of the blade against the knife increases the energy consumed by the knife during the piercing process.However,when the amount of resin is too small,the anti-stab performance will be weakened;and within a certain range,the larger the diamond particle size,the better the anti-stab performance of the resin sheet,which is that the diamond particle size can affect the resin sheet's barrier and resistance to the tool Crack growth ability.When the diameter of the filled diamond is 50 mesh and the content is 35%,the anti-stab effect of the resin sheet is the best.(2)Through the functionalized treatment of diamond,the type and amount of coupling agent have been explored on the interface bonding effect of diamond and resin.It is found that when the amount of CS-101 is 1.5% of the filler mass,the interface bonding effect is the best;The stab resistance of the resin sheet before and after the filling modification is found to be 7.62% less than the unmodified one.(3)Exploring the damage to the tool from three aspects: the number of layers of the resin sheet,the content of filled diamonds and the particle size.The test results show that as the number of layers of the resin sheet increases,the greater the work done by the tool to pierce the resin sheet The law is similar to a quadratic function;it is verified that diamond has the effect of stacking,contact cutting,bending passivation and crushing energy absorption on the cutting tool.The diamond particle size determines the damage to the cutting tool during the contact cutting and bending passivation stage.And the contact cutting occurs before the bending passivation;and the diamond content and the number of layers determine the number of collisions between the tool and the diamond.The more the diamond and the tool collide,the higher the contact cutting and bending passivation will be.
