With the progress and development of the times,decorative textiles must not only have better aesthetics,but also have specific functionality.Since functional materials or physical and chemical finishing methods often have harmful disadvantages,it is a better choice to obtain good aesthetics and certain functionality by changing the fabric structure.Based on this,this subject has carried out a decorative pattern design and studied the sound absorption performance of the fabric on the basis of bifacial fabrics.This research adds new content to the design and development of decorative textiles.First of all,this article designs patterns for bifacial fabrics from three angles.From the perspective of weaving,the change of the weaving structure will change the appearance of the woven surface,and also cause changes in the distribution and morphology of the knitted surface loops,causing them to change in the horizontal(longitudinal)distribution,or make the loops Regular skew phenomenon occurs in the morphology.Proper design can change the single-sided pattern of the fabric.From the knitting point of view,the appearance effects of three-dimensional patterns,meshes and double-sided piles can be formed by the weaving of knitting transfer,tuck and pile.From the perspective of the above two combined effects,the existence of the woven structure creates conditions for the partial knitting of the knitted loop structure;when the partially knitted loop is partially transferred,it can complete the weaving of a variety of patterns and jacquard patterns.Secondly,this article explores the sound absorption performance of bificial fabrics from four aspects.Firstly,the sound absorption performance of the heterogeneous fabric is better than that of traditional woven fabrics and knitted fabrics;secondly,the sound absorption performance of the fabric increases with the increase of the weft density and loop length;thirdly,when the fabric is in the random incident sound field,its sound absorption performance is improved overall than when the sound wave is incident,and the existence of the cavity behind the fabric can effectively improve the sound absorption performance of the fabric in the low frequency region;finally,the influence of the pattern design on the sound absorption performance of bificial fabrics is analyzed,and the results show that the knitted surface is flat When the needle and the appearance effect is honeycomb,the 3/1twill woven surface has the best sound absorption performance,and its reverse side(honeycomb knitted surface)has the worst sound absorption performance.In addition,the kapok fiber is filled in the partial layering of bificial fabrics.The more the number,the better the sound absorption performance of the fabric.At this time,the first peak of the sound absorption curve shifts to low frequency,and the overall sound absorption performance is improved.In summary,by flexibly combining and designing knitted and woven structures of bificial fabrics,we can obtain better aesthetics and sound absorption performance,which is helpful for the design and development of decorative textiles and also provides new ideas for the development of green and environmentally friendly textiles.
