Electrospinning technology,as the simplest and fastest method to prepare nanofibers,has the characteristics of high porosity and large specific surface area,so it has been widely used in the production fields of wastewater filtration materials,medical protective materials,sensors and so on.However,for a long time,the preparation process of nanofiber film by artificial supervision,because of jet instability and irregular injection after a long time of continuous spinning instability or blockage,and artificial cannot detect through the naked eye,and experimental reagents usually with toxicity and volatility,has certain harm to human health.It is difficult and expensive to monitor the abnormal spinning behavior based on machine vision.Therefore,how to realize the real-time monitoring of the spinning process is an urgent problem in the field of electrospinning.To solve the problem that the abnormal phenomenon of electrospinning technology is difficult to monitor in real time,this paper takes the electrospinning prototype as the research object,analyzes the abnormal monitoring demand of electrospinning technology,designs the electrospinning prototype control system,and then uses OPC access to the underlying equipment communication technology,Web oriented application technology,database interaction technology,web page visualization technology to realize the remote monitoring and abnormal monitoring of electrospinning Web based on pressure detection.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The mechanism of electrospinning and the structure design of each module of the electrospinning prototype are studied deeply,and the defects of electrospinning technology and the problems of low automation integration and dangerous operation of the electrospinning prototype are summarized,the overall control system of electrospinning prototype is designed and built,in which Siemens S7-1200 controller is the core.The control module is mainly divided into micro pump propulsion device push speed control module,high voltage power supply control module,pressure detection module and touch screen as man-machine interface module.Based on the PLC control system,the electrostatic spinning experiment was carried out to analyze the change trend of pressure data applied to the tail of needle tube under normal spinning condition and blockage condition.(2)To solve the problem of equipment heterogeneity,OPC communication technology is used to establish a communication connection interface between the underlying physical equipment and Web applications to realize data interaction.Using the idea of object-oriented,the monitoring information is further encapsulated and decoupled into each module,and based on the Signal R real-time push technology,the mechanism of real-time push of monitoring data from Web server to browser is constructed.Using Web visualization technology such as HTML、Java Script、Echarts,the monitoring information is presented in real time at the browser end,and the real-time remote visual monitoring and alarm of the equipment connection state,pressure and prototype device are realized in the process of electrospinning.(3)According to the functional requirements of electrospinning monitoring system,the overall structure of the monitoring system is designed.On the basis of MVC design mode,the monitoring alarm and remote control of electrospinning prototype are designed and realized in detail by ASP.NET Core Web application. |
