| With the increasing of the mining depth and the enlarging of the mining scale in our country,ground pressure disasters occur more frequently in the mining process,the mine ground pressure monitoring is becoming more and more important.In order to provide a long-term effective guarantee for mine safety and an accurate early warning for possible accidents during the mining work,this paper carries out a study of real-time networking monitoring of mine ground pressure.This paper designs and implements a mine ground pressure monitoring system which combined with three kinds of ground pressure monitoring method: acoustic emission,rock mass stress and displacement monitoring.The monitoring data of ground pressure is amplified by the lower machine and is transferred to the upper monitor through wireless communication,the upper monitor whose software is developed based on the mode combined with C/S and B/S can control the process of data acquisition of the lower machine and show the monitoring data in real time,it achieves the purpose of real-time networking monitoring of ground pressure in multi-user environment based on the Web technology.First,this paper determines the monitoring scheme and designs the overall structure of the monitoring system according to the requirements of ground pressure monitoring.Then,the paper introduces the design of the software and hardware of the monitoring system and gives the core codes of the upper monitor software.Finally,the paper introduces the user interface and the operation method of the software,and analyzes the on-site monitoring data collected from the monitoring system.The practical running situation shows that the monitoring system works stably and can truly reflect the actual situation of mine ground pressure,it preferably realizes the real-time networking monitoring of ground pressure. |
