Along with the continuous development of oil exploration and development to deep complex areas in China, narrow density window safe drilling is increasingly prominent, which seriously restricts the process of oil exploration and development in our country. Managed pressure drilling (MPD) is a kind of improved drilling technology, which can more precisely control the pressure profile throughout the wellbore annulus, effectively solve blowout, leakage, collapse, sticking, and other complex situations occur during the narrow density window safe drilling, avoid formation fluid invading wellbore, and reduce the occurrence of overflow and leakage. At present, MPD in overseas has already become mature, and the technology in China started late and is still in the development stage, as a result, many domestic companies introduce foreign advanced technology. In view of this, this article is based on the existing MPD technology, and puts forward a set of MPD real-time monitoring and control analysis technology. The following results are obtained:1.A set of MPD real-time monitoring and control analysis system which is suitable for narrow density safety window formation is designed and developed. By integrating matched MPD hardware system, it realizes centralized monitoring of multi-source data and dynamic control analysis of bottom hole pressure in different working conditions during the MPD drilling, and ensures the safety of drilling;2.Based on the MPD technology and matching equipment, a matched MPD data acquisition system is designed and developed, which realizes the integrative synchronous acquisition of comprehensive logging data, P WD measurement data and MPD key parameters, remote transmission and data fusion, data synchronous sharing and remote decision-making between wellsite and base.3.By combining the MPD hardware system with the data acquisition system designed and developed in this paper, the MPD safety real-time monitoring technology is formed. And integrates with the design scheme of matched software system, it achieves MPD multi-source data integration monitoring in different working conditions, and provides auxiliary decision-making to the control analysis system;4.Based on the MPD wellbore flow hydraulics analysis model, and the study of static and dynamic correction technology of bottom hole pressure, a set of MPD safety control analysis technology is formed. By integrating hardware system, the matched software system scheme is designed to realize dynamic analysis and control of bottom hole pressure;5.According to the system scheme, and the MPD hardware system, the architecture design of real-time monitoring system and control analysis system is finished. After completing integration and development of the system, a field application test in XX block X well was carried out, and the results show that the system can run in good condition, meet the demand of field applications, and has promotional value.In this paper, an independent design and development of MPD real-time monitoring and control analysis system is completed. The system achieves dynamic analysis and control of bottom hole pressure, and ensures the safety of construction, and has important guiding significance and practical value for subtilizing the MPD pressure control technology in China. |
