In recent years,the price of human resources in the domestic labor market is gradually rising.In order to pursue higher efficiency,stability and save human resources as much as possible,managers begin to pay attention to the automatic production line.The performance of automatic assembly line is affecting the healthy development of enterprises.Assembly line modeling and simulation and beat optimization run through the life cycle of assembly line design,and assembly line production beat is directly reflected in assembly line balance rate.At present,in the research of assembly line balancing optimization,there is little attention to the balancing optimization problem of a certain number of assembly stations and solving the shortest production time.Moreover,when discussing the assembly line beat optimization problem,the combination of theory,model and method is not close enough.It is rare to establish the theory and simulation model at the same time,and use the numerical calculation method to analyze the simulation results.In view of the above problems,this paper takes jacquard faucet assembly line as the research object,according to the production process and assembly characteristics of jacquard faucet assembly line,puts forward the assembly unit order and performance evaluation system of jacquard faucet assembly line under automatic assembly mode.In this paper,according to the optimization objective,the theoretical model based on assembly line and assembly process is established by using timed transition Petri net,and the conservation and reversibility of the model are analyzed by using incidence matrix and state equation.Then,the relationship between the change trend of assembly line production beat and the process beat of bottleneck station is analyzed by using beat mean optimization algorithm.Based on the timed transition Petri net model of jacquard faucet assembly line,this paper uses Witness software to establish the digital simulation model of assembly line,and analyzes several technical indexes such as the utilization rate of machine in the set time.In this paper,the simulation results are calculated by using the beat mean optimization algorithm,and the column chart of process beat time comparison and the trend curve of assembly line production beat are obtained.Based on the analysis of the above graphics,the optimization scheme is proposed.The experimental platform is built to realize the optimization scheme and verify the correctness and feasibility of the bottleneck process optimization scheme.Comparing the utilization rate of machine elements and the assembly process beat time reflected by the simulation software before and after optimization,the data show that the research in this paper is helpful to improve the balance rate of the production line,and can help enterprises improve production efficiency.After calculation,the production rhythm of jacquard faucet automatic assembly line is increased from 352s/piece in the design stage to 208s/piece.
