With the continuous improvement of production mode and the extensive application of automatic mining equipment,the optimization of automatic mining technology is the key to the safe and efficient production in the process of fully mechanized mining.However,the"three-machine" coal mining process system is a complex mining system with dynamic distribution,concurrent execution and sharing and coordination.Aiming at the mixing characteristics of the automatic "three machines" coal mining technology in fully mechanized coal mining,the process mixed Petri net was used to model the coal cutting,support and transportation process of the "three machines" coal mining technology in fully mechanized coal mining.Finally,the coal mining technology at different yields was obtained through simulation verification by Stateflow.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,the automatic "three machines" coal mining process of fully mechanized coal mining is analyzed,and the coal mining process of fully mechanized coal mining is functionally decomposed.The mixed Petri net is selected,and the process of each part of fully mechanized coal mining is modeled by hierarchical and hierarchical modeling method.Then,according to the rules of process the changes of the hybrid Petri net theory,establish process automation "compressors" hybrid Petri net coal mine furlly mechanized coal mining process model,and the different stages of the production process of fully mechanized definition and description,in order to maximize productivity and the optimal production cost,from the production capacity,equipment capability,four aspects in coal mining process,the production plan production model constrained control of coal mine fully mechanized coal mining technology,so that the coal mining machine and hydraulic support and move the rack with optimal,in order to achieve the purpose of safe mining.Finally,using Stateflow in coal mine automation "three-machine" fully mechanized coal winning technology model simulation,contrast the reliability of the instance data to validate the model and the moving speed of shearer and hydraulic support frame and chase the accuracy of the machine way,the speed of shearer and hydraulic support with the machine moving way,the optimal process,effectively meet the demand of different yield under the different mining process requirements.In this paper,Petri net was used for modeling and simulation of the "three-machine" coal mining process in fully mechanized coal mining,and process mixed Petri net and Stateflow were used for modeling and simulation to optimize the speed of the coal mining machine and the process of hydraulic support following the moving frame of the coal mining machine,which provided application foundation for the intelligent decision-making of coal mine.
