| With the development of social economy,the fast-paced and changing work life and the increasingly fierce social competition make the problem of employees’ job burnout increasingly common and normalized,which has caused certain negative effects on workers,families,enterprises and even the whole society.Because of their special working environment and working conditions,coal mine front-line staff is a very dangerous occupation.Coal miners have a high incidence of job burnout due to their long working hours and high labor intensity.Because of its work characteristics are obviously different from the general self characteristics of traditional industries,on the one hand,factors such as the bad working environment,heavy workload,work family conflict and other factors will initiate physical fatigue and mental exhaustion of coal mine front-line employees,which will lead to job burnout;on the other hand,resource factors such as organizational support and self psychological adjustment can effectively inhibit the occurrence of job burnout.The problem of job burnout caused by various factors is often ignored by coal mine employees and enterprises,and the job burnout of employees is one of the important reasons that affect production performance,endanger personal health and cause safety accidents.Therefore,to explore the influence mechanism of job characteristics on Job Burnout of coal mine front-line employees is helpful to make all sectors of the society realize the importance of job burnout.The research conclusions can provide decision-making reference for future coal mine front-line employees’ work intervention,stress relief,psychological counseling,enterprise management,legal regulation and other aspects.The research takes 432 coal mine front-line employees(underground workers engaged in coal mining and tunneling in coal mine production)as the research object,through literature research,questionnaire survey,empirical research and other methods,this paper explores the influence mechanism of coal mine front-line employees’ job characteristics on job burnout.The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)Job requirements in job characteristics have a significant positive impact on job insecurity,and job resources have a significant negative impact on job insecurity;(2)Job requirements have a significant positive impact on job burnout,and job resources have a significant negative impact on job burnout,and the impact of job requirements on job burnout is greater than that of job resources;(3)Job insecurity has a significant positive impact on job burnout;(4)Job insecurity plays a mediating role in the impact of job characteristics on job burnout;(5)There are significant differences in age,marital status and working years of coal mine front-line employees.Finally,on the basis of the research conclusion,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for coal mine front-line employees’ job burnout from the four levels of individuals,families,enterprises and government,so as to provide useful reference for future research on job burnout. |
