Aiming at the key technology of the actual amplitude measurement of the tool during the vibration cutting load process,this paper designs and implements the vibration cutting tool amplitude measurement system,based on the fast Fourier transform,inverse transformation and frequency domain integration,and then through the vibration cutting actual cutting process The tool amplitude was tested to simulate the influence of different vibration frequencies on the amplitude measurement results,which verified the stability and measurement error of the vibration cutting tool amplitude measurement system.Aiming at the frequency domain integration and signal interference problems,the Lab VIEW visual programming software is used to simulate the errors of different filtering methods and integration methods under different frequencies and different amplitudes.By analyzing the simulation errors,the filtering method and program zeroing are obtained.The integration method of frequency domain quadratic integration works best.Aiming at the problem of tool amplitude attenuation in the actual vibration cutting process,through repeated tests of the amplitude cutting tool amplitude measurement system,it is found that when the vibration frequency is between 300 and 700 Hz and the amplitude is 4um,the amplitude attenuation reaches more than 15%;through vibration cutting micro Mechanism analysis shows the relationship between amplitude attenuation and processing efficiency.In view of the existing solutions to the problem of less and less efficient amplitude attenuation in the vibration cutting process,based on the machine learning strategy,the vibration cutting tool amplitude measurement system is used to feed back the power amplifier that controls the tool vibration.Through continuous learning,The tool amplitude can be adjusted adaptively during the vibration cutting process,so as to suppress or even eliminate the amplitude attenuation problem during the vibration cutting process.
