Non-sinusoidal vibration technology is one of the key technologies to achieve efficient continuous casting.With the development of high-efficiency continuous casting,actual production puts forward higher requirements for crystallizer vibration devices.Combining with the principle of crystallizer vibration device,this paper designs and studies the non-sinusoidal driving device for compact mechanical mold.Based on the design of non-sinusoidal generator,the theoretical derivation of crystallizer vibration process parameters and synchronous control model are completed.Afterwards,the crystallizer’s automatic amplitude change mechanism was designed,and the crystallizer shaker was used for motion analysis and force analysis,and the vibration table was subjected to free vibration modal analysis.Firstly,the principle of reducing speed change integration of the eccentric orthogonal gear transmission is analyzed,and the pitch circle curve of the eccentric surface gear and the cylindrical gear is deduced.The tooth profile equation of the eccentric surface gear is established according to the fitting equation of the eccentric orthogonal surface gear.The meshing curve of the eccentric surface gear and the pinion gear is obtained,and the principle of avoiding the occurrence of undercut and tipping of the eccentric surface gear is discussed.Secondly,on the basis of the integration of eccentric gears and gears,the design of the non-sinusoidal crystallizer is completed,the transmission structure is effectively simplified,the non-sinusoidal curve generated by the non-sinusoidal generator is analyzed,and the corresponding process parameters are deduced.Calculate the formula and its reasonable value range,establish the best control model.Finally,the structure of crystallizer amplitude adjustment was designed.The three-dimensional design of non-sinusoidal driving device was completed.The selection of driving motor was simplified.The driving device was simplified.The dynamic model of rigid-flexible coupling was established with shaking table,and the dynamics were achieved by ADAMS.Learning and kinematics simulations analyze the output waveforms of the driving device and the changes of the main hinge points under different amplitudes and buffer spring preloads.The dynamic analysis model of the vibration system is established and the relevant parameters of the model are determined.Differential equations are established and the inherent characteristics of the vibration system are analyzed.
