| With the in-depth development of video transmission technology,the unattended oil field work method based on wireless video monitoring has become the mainstream trend of modern oil field production management.As a kind of wireless communication technology,ZigBee technology has been widely used in various fields.ZigBee technology is applied to the field of video monitoring pumping unit,which has a good application prospect with its advantages of low cost and low power consumption.ZigBee network technology is firstly analyzed,aiming at the contradiction between the large data volume of video transmission and the low bandwidth of ZigBee transmission,it proposes the design the monitoring pumping unit based on the design of multi-radio and multi-channel network,H.264 video compression and RTP packet transmission technology,and designs the upper computer monitoring interface based on MFC to realize real-time monitoring of video and sensor parameters and historical query of parameters.Secondly,the hardware part of the system is designed.CC2530 is selected as the ZigBee development module to complete parameter data acquisition and transmission.The Lattepanda development board that supports Windows system is used as the central node of the terminal node,and video data is collected through camera device with USB interface.To expand the transmission bandwidth,three RF modules are adopted to send and receive data on three channels simultaneously,and the terminal node software is designed to achieve data collection and transmission.Finally,based on the C++ development language and SQL Server relational database,the upper computer monitoring terminal program is designed to realize the video monitoring of the working state of the pumping unit,display,storage and query of key sensor parameters.Functional tests of software and hardware of the system are carried out in laboratory environment to verify the feasibility and robustness of the video monitoring pumping unit. |
