"Made in China 2025" development planning makes the CNC machine intelligent,informational and instrumented,which challenges the maintenance technology of CNC machine.This paper aims at researching a method of health monitoring of CNC turning center,which plays an important role in the configuration of maintenance resource,increasing the service life and reducing some sudden faults of the advanced CNC machine.The contributions of this dissertation may be summarized as follows:First,it is choose to analyze deterioration mechanism of the critical systems and critical components of CNC machine,health signals.Besides,the measures are researched of health monitoring of CNC turning center based on multi-sersor information fusion.Second,a method which combines numerical simulation of digital prototype and intelligent optimization algorithm is used because of the complexity of CNC processing system and processing method.The numerical simulation is used to study the complex characteristic signals and the variation under different objects,different conditions and different health status.Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is used to optimize the layout of monitoring points,and a test is constructed to verify the feasibility of this method.Third,the method of extracting multiple-domain health parameters is research,and use Dynamic Fuzzy Neural Network(DFNN)to realize the fusion of various parameters and the identification of the health level of critical components CNC turning center.Fourth,the on-line and integrated health monitoring system is designed based on ZigBee wireless transmission and redevelopment of HMI and the system is feasible in practical work.
