| Asphalt pavement frequently suffers from heavy traffic and complex natural conditions during service.Early pit and trench diseases will inevitably occur.If they are not repaired in time,the diseases will further develop,which will affect driving comfort and safety.This article addresses the problems of slow strength formation and poor stability in the early repair of pits and grooves on asphalt pavement,based on cold filler,supplemented with cement early strength technology,combined with the strong adhesion of waterborne epoxy resin and the good flexibility of emulsified asphalt,a cold mix cold paving type early strength was developed Waterborne epoxy resin-emulsified asphalt-cement(EAC)composite rapid repair material with high stability.First,based on the work performance and mechanical performance tests,supplemented by microscopic fluorescence testing methods,determine the choice of emulsified asphalt and waterborne epoxy resin.And using strength,curing film formation effect,etc.,it is preferred to select E/C ≤0.09 and E/A ≤0.2 as the preferred blending ratio range.Combined with the above research results,on the basis of considering the impact of various raw materials such as gravel aggregates on work performance and mechanical properties,the key preparation parameters of EAC composite rapid repair materials were determined by the control variable method.Secondly,on the basis of the research on the composition design of EAC composite rapid repair materials,the mechanical properties,water stability,low-temperature crack resistance,high-temperature stability and anti sliding performance of EAC composite rapid repair materials are tested and studied,and the road performance of EAC composite rapid repair materials is compared with that of conventional AC-16 hot mix asphalt mixture and traditional cold mix asphalt mixture.The results show that the water stability performance and high temperature stability performance of EAC composite rapid repair material are significantly better than conventional AC-16 hot mix asphalt mixture.However,the bending strain at low temperature is smaller than that of conventional AC-16 hot mix asphalt mixture,and the low temperature performance is slightly worse.Compared with traditional cold mix,the addition of waterborne epoxy resin can improve the strength and stability.Finally,based on the analysis of the strength forming process of cementitious materials,emulsified asphalt and waterborne epoxy resin,the process of EAC compound mortar coagulation and hardening is obtained.Combined with XRD,SEM and IR testing methods,the hydration process and microstructure changes of the cementitious materials were analyzed to study the microscopic characteristics of EAC compound mortar.The results show that: emulsified asphalt and waterborne epoxy resin will delay the hydration of the cementitious material,and the waterborne epoxy resin can be completely cured in the ternary composite system.The hydration products of cementitious materials,demulsified asphalt,and cured epoxy resin interact during the strength formation process,which can form a network interpenetrating structure,which greatly improves performance. |
