| Based on the era background that national road traffic network skeleton basically formed and the country pays more and more attention to the research and development of road pre-cultivation technology,the research on modified emulsified asphalt and its micro-surfacing technology has become an inevitable trend in the development of pavement preventive maintenance technology in China.Although SBS is one of the most common modifiers,there are few studies on SBS modified emulsified asphalt in China,and less researches are conducted on the preparation of modified emulsified asphalt with compound modifiers.In this paper,SBS and C9 petroleum resins were selected as composite modifiers.The modified emulsified asphalt with excellent comprehensive properties was prepared with the method of modification before emulsification,and its micro-surfacing performance was evaluated.The details are as follows:The effects of the amount of modifier,the type of stabilizer and the dosage of stabilizer on the properties of modified asphalt were studied by the single factor admixture test method,such as the softening point,25 centigrade needle penetration,5 degrees Celsius ductility,elastic recovery,rotation viscosity at 135 centigrade,and segregation,where the better content of the modifier,the type of stabilizer and the content of the modifier were determined.The technical performance of the composite modified asphalt is further improved by the compounding of SBS and C9 petroleum resins and the combination of stabilizer S and stabilizer L.The optimal ratio of the components is that matrix asphalt:SBS:C9 petroleum resin:stabilizer S:Stabilizer L equals 100:5:7:0.36:1.5 Moreover,the SBS-C9 petroleum resin composite modified asphalt under this ratio has excellent high temperature performance,elastic recovery performance,storage stability and anti-rutting ability.The emulsifying effect of different emulsifiers on SBS-C9 petroleum resin composite modified asphalt was evaluated by standard viscosity,storage stability and Zeta potential,and the effects of various emulsifiers on the properties of modified asphalt were analyzed,and the effects of emulsifier on the performance of modified emulsified asphalt evaporation residue were analyzed.The emulsifying effect of composite modified asphalt.Based on the emulsifying effect of compound modified asphalt and basic performance index of compound modified emulsified asphalt,it is concluded that the SBS-C9 petroleum resin compound modified bitumen with the optimal ratio has the universal adaptability of emulsification and good emulsification effect.And Emulsifier J,Emulsifier E and Emulsifier G with similar emulsifying effect were used to prepare modified emulsified asphalt for micro-surfacing.According to the optimum mixture ratio of materials and the preferred emulsifier,SBS-C9 petroleum resin composite modified emulsified asphalt with excellent performance is prepared for micro surfacing.The effect of cement dosage on the construction performance of micro-surfacing mixture,where three selected SBS-C9 petroleum resin composite modified emulsified asphalt are applied.The optimum amount of cement is simultaneously determined as 1%of the mineral material.The road performance of the mixture of SBS-C9 petroleum resin composite modified emulsified asphalt micro surface and SBR modified emulsified asphalt micro surface was comparatively analyzed by the tests of wet wheel wear,load wheel and other tests. |
