Food Design Research For Children

With the continuous development of high-tech technology,the complex environment that is advancing each day putting forward new demands for talents for comprehensive qualities.In addition to responding to the needs of technological development,basic knowledge of natural objects is often ignored." Food " is the most basic medium for cognition of nature.Through food contact with nature,use food to gain experience,and use the senses to receive the stimulation brought by food.The combination of food and design thinking to visualize the abstract concept of design thinking through food,a specific and intuitive object closely related to children’s daily life,and presents complex design thinking more vividly to children.Through food design thinking,children are able to Recognize food and nature.Through combing and summarizing a series of research results of food design education practice and food design project practice,develop children’s food design cognition book,try to summarize the food product development path and product system based on food design,and explore the new field of food designed for school age the educational potential for children.Analyze the current lack of food design in the field of education from the perspective of design thinking,put forward the direct and potential needs of children’s quality education,sort out children’s food design research and food design systems,construct food design principles and methods for education,and output suitable for children’s design Thinking education products.The main contents of this study are as follows: Chapter 1 summarizes the background,purpose,significance,research ideas and methods of this study,and analyzes the research significance of food design;Chapter 2 analyzes children’s food design concepts and design opportunities,and third Based on the current actual research situation,the chapter analyzes children,education,and food design to establish the research goals and propose design principles from various aspects.Chapters 4,5,and 6 pass primary school design curriculum results and overseas food design research the experience is connected with children,the results are sorted out and the design is developed,the results and forms of food design are described in detail,and finally,this study is summarized and the future development and practice of food design and children’s thinking education products are prospected.
