Relevant data show that the number of inpatients in various medical and health institutions in China has been on the rise for ten consecutive years.In 2018,254.54 million people were hospitalized,an increase of 10.18 million compared with 244.36 million in 2017.As the number of hospitalizations has increased,so has the demand for medical services.In recent years,the progress and development of science and technology have promoted the update and iteration of medical technology and equipment.The medical environment is also in the process of continuous improvement,and patients' medical experience is being optimized step by step.Patients' clothing during hospitalization is uniformly distributed by medical and health institutions,and the experience of wearing clothing will affect the medical service quality of medical and health institutions,thus affecting patient satisfaction.This project aims to further optimize the medical service in medical service institutions and provide better service experience for patients,and carries out design research on patients wearing clothes.Based on the analysis and summary of the current situation of patients' hospital uniforms,this paper concludes that there are some problems in the current hospital uniforms,such as the lack of functional design,which cannot meet the clinical and nursing needs of patients during their illness.The structure is simple,and there is no differentiated design for different diagnosis and treatment subjects(diseases).It cannot be used as clothing during home rehabilitation of patients after discharge.Based on the concept of universal design,this project USES barrier-free design to optimize and upgrade the hospital uniform and conduct comprehensive application design of recovery clothing,so as to solve the problems existing in the use of hospital uniform.In the research process,the subject integrates the knowledge in the fields of costume design,clinical medicine and nursing,and investigates and analyzes the setting of diagnosis and treatment subjects,diseases of different diagnosis and treatment subjects and specific needs of patients in medical and health institutions through literature research,investigation,observation and other research methods.According to the results,a series of comprehensive and effective design schemes are obtained to provide patients with comfortable,convenient and aesthetic clothing.Compared with the current hospital gown,the recovery clothing can not only meet the use requirements of medical and health institutions,but also meet the clinical and nursing needs of patients during the illness;At the same time,according to different diseases and their clinical and nursing needs,a variety of different styles of differential design;In addition,purchasing services are provided,which can be used as clothing for patients during rehabilitation at home or for home life.This project further enriched and optimized the product attributes of hospital gown,aiming at optimizing the quality of medical service,improving the dressing experience of patients,improving patient satisfaction,and promoting the development of patient-type clothing design research,which has certain research value and significance,as well as broad market prospect.
