Steel containment vessel is one of the largest nuclear safety equipment,AP1000 nuclear power station is a civilian nuclear power technology development concept design one of the most important core technology in new era,is the last line of defense in depth barrier design concept of AP1000 nuclear power plants defense in depth,can effectively control harmful radioactive substances in the air,make it completely isolated from domestic nature environment,guarantee the domestic nuclear power plant and its surrounding the explosion accidents emergency conditions of production and personal safety.Due to steel installation of containment of automatic welding technology welding difficulty and workload is big,with the large increase in domestic nuclear power manpower and cost,in order to adapt to the era of subsequent nuclear power project construction in our country and the urgent need of development and planning in steel containment spell installation in the application of automatic welding technology is the trend of the future nuclear power development.This paper mainly introduces the research of welding test content is mainly according to the characteristics of the structure of CV welding material mainly,put forward the AP1000 nuclear power plant steel containment vessel cross automatic submerged arc welding process and the reliability of a technical analysis of the reliability analysis and cost economy,explores the composition of cross automatic submerged arc welding process system,the system working principle,key technology,such as the main research content.For AP1000 nuclear power plant steel containment vessel cross automatic submerged arc welding process for the design of the welding process,including the selection of the welding materials,welding groove and weld configuration design and welding process parameters optimization.Through to the steel containment vessel steel SA738 Gr.B steel plate with transverse automatic submerged arc welding,welding procedure qualification of welding procedure qualification test results mainly includes the physicochemical properties of room temperature tensile steel welded joint,high temperature tensile,bending,impact toughness,macro metallographic,microscopic microstructure,hardness of welded joint,etc.,through to the welding test materials and the results of evaluation and analysis,research the suitable for steel containment vessel tube body girth of AP1000 nuclear power station automatic submerged arc welding process.Cross and also discusses the automatic submerged arc welding process.The main defects in the study of the causes and countermeasures of application for the technology at the scene of the nuclear power project to provide technical support.
