| Our manufacturing ability for basic parts falls behind in general, the whole industrial chain concentrates producing on low level products, it not only has low value added,but also wasted a lot of resources. In2010, National Industrial and Information Department released "Revitalization Plan for Basic Parts Industry"(internal No.[2010]479) in order to upgrade basic parts industrial structure. Fastener is one of the most widely used basic parts, it is well known as "Industry Rice" for its importance in assembling in mechanical field. As a big country for fastener manufacturing and exporting, we are ranked top one in the whole world from quantity. Nevertheless, viewing all leading fasteners applying area, such as aerospace, high rail way, nuclear and wind power, our own fasteners are not widely supplied, most parts rely on importing, or even complete importing. The common characteristics for these fasteners are high value added, confidential technology, it makes big profits once qualified. Our domestic manufactures, with feeble research basis,are lacking experience in producing these kinds of fasteners. So it is the only way which must be passed for fasteners industry to aim at high level market and do transformation and up grading.Welding studs has a big volume in nuclear construction fields, right now all welding studs come from Nielsen Germany, including welding machine, which is a monopoly.In order to enter the supply chain for nuclear welding studs, we have to develop this product,so that it can improve manufacturing welding studs level domestically, accelerate transformation and upgrading and saving cost for nuclear construction.This thesis mainly focuses on the following:Take imported stainless steel welding studs5/8"x6-3/8" as an example, we develop product and magnet circular components that meet requirement.1.Mechanical property:Tensile Rm/MPa>482,Yield Rp0.2/MPa>351,Elongation A/%>40%2. The dimension of magnet circular, forming process, ceramics formulation and calcination crafts3. The feasibility and stability for striking arc4. Welding property:Tensile test should be made after welding magnet circular, the break should be seen on the stud body only, not in the welding part. Bending90degree test should be made to show no break or the same broken appearance as above mentioned.5. The round part of welding should be filled and even, the welding test should be done according to nuclear technology. |
