Reactor is the important equipment of the upgrading projects of Yanchang oil field. The key technology of the equipment production is determined by the research and development of the reactor manufacture technology, which not only make the company enter the domestic large-scale high-end equipment supplier, and lay the theoretical foundation for the high pressure vessel manufacturing.First the welding performance analysis of the antihydrogen steel is performed, the results show that the Ceq of15CrMoR(H) is0.545, which results in that the steel has a certain quenching harden tendency, and is easy to produce cold crack. When choosing the welding rod, welding wire and solder, not only the chemical composition is needed to be guaranteed, but also the welding mechanics performance after the welding is needed to be guaranteed. The specific technological measures are:preheating before welding, the interlayer temperature control during the welding, the slow cooling after welding and so on.For antihydrogen steel, the submerged-arc welding wire is H08CrMoA, the welding solder is SJ621R, the particle size is10-60mesh. The diameter of the welding wire is4mm. For the antihydrogen steel plate, the welding rod is chosen as R307A, and the diameter of the welding rod is4mm. Argon arc welding wire is chosen as the TIG-R30, diameter is2mm. For the composite layer surfacing technology, the welding of the transition layer should be completed before the heat treatment, and welding of the corrosion resistant layer should be implemented after the heat treatment. The preheating temperature should be not less than120℃. The temperature between different layer should limited in the range of120℃to250℃When the welding parts enter in the furnace, the temperature in the furnace should be less than400℃. The temperature increasing rate should be less than183.3℃/h and higher than55℃/h before the temperature increasing to400℃. The lowest preservation temperature is690℃, and should be controlled between690℃and704℃. The shortest heat preservation time is2hour. The temperature decreasing rate should be less than233.3℃/h and higher than55℃/h when the temperature of welding part is higher than400℃. When the welding part is out from the furnace, the temperature of the furnace should be less than400℃, and the welding part is natural cooled in the air after outing.For the particularity of the inspection and test of the Chrome and Molybdenumantihydrogen steel, the key point of the inspection and test of the Chrome and Molybdenumantihydrogen steel is analyzed. Then the key point analysis of each nondestructive testingtechnology is performed.
