Study On Site Selection And Planning Of Oil And Gas Station In Zhenhai Area Of NBG Group

With the development of our country's economy,the economy of the region is also developing rapidly.The Zhenhai District of Ningbo City is no exception.This area is a very concentrated area near the Ningbo Port,and a large number of heavy trucks and private cars are active in the area.Therefore,the demand for refined oil in the region is relatively high.However,through previous investigations,it has been found that the number of gas stations in the region is obviously too small to meet market demand.In order to solve the above problems,Ningbo Port(NBG)shares the company to negotiate with the local government to build a new gas station at the intersection of Houhaitang Datong and Haitian Road in Zhenhai District.The site selection plan and feasibility analysis of this gas station have been included in the article.Based on the research,relevant research on the site selection planning for oil and gas stations was carried out.This paper makes a detailed study of the planning of the oil and gas station in the Zhenhai area of the NBG Group.It mainly analyzes the planning and layout of the oil and gas stations and the theory of site selection for the oil and gas stations.At the same time,it studies the theory of feasibility analysis of the planning and construction of individual oil and gas stations and establishes Oil and gas station planning and layout evaluation system.The current situation of the oil and gas stations in the Zhenhai area is analyzed,and the problems existing in the oil and gas stations are further analyzed,and the existing problems in the Zhenhai area are summarized.A case study was conducted on the feasibility of the construction of a single oil and gas station.Taking the oil and gas station to be built by the NBG Group as a case,the feasibility analysis theory was used as a guide to conduct a feasibility analysis on the construction of a single oil and gas station.The gravity center method was used to calculate the location of the oil and gas station,and site selection was evaluated for the calculation results and construction cases.Through research,it has been found that oil and gas stations in Zhenhai District mainly have the following problems: uneven distribution of oil and gas stations,unbalanced supply and demand,chaotic overall layout of the station,obsolete equipment,single functions,and serious environmental pollution and safety issues.The gas stations to be constructed at the intersection of Datong Road and Haitian Road at Ningbo Port meet the conditions for feasibility analysis in terms of policy,technology,capital,fire safety,and fuel supply,so construction can be carried out accordingly.The gravity center method was used to calculate the location of the new gas station.Through calculation,it was found that this location was close to the location of the gas station to be built in Ningbo Port,but this location is not suitable for the construction of gas stations in the population and construction-intensive areas,through the refueling of Ningbo Port.After scientific evaluation of the station,it was found that the location of the gas station was scientific and reasonable.
