Research On The Fulfillment And Evaluation Of Social Responsibility Of Hebei Jizhong Energy Group Co.Ltd.

At present,both the laws and regulations of our country and the public require enterprises to undertake social responsibility when they are engaged in business activities.To achieve sustainable development,enterprises should not only be responsible to shareholders and maximize profits,but also to employees,creditors,customers,governments,communities and other stakeholders.In recent years,the academic community has made a great breakthrough in the theory and concept of corporate social responsibility,but the specific research and evaluation of individual enterprises are less,and the performance of corporate social responsibility also lacks a unified evaluation standard.As a large state-owned energy enterprise,Hebei Jizhong energy group's performance of social responsibility will not only affect its employees,shareholders and customers,but also affect the government and the natural environment.Based on the social contract theory and stakeholder theory,this paper analyzes and studies the specific situation of Hebei Jizhong energy group company in the past eight years from 2010 to 2017,and makes quantitative and qualitative analysis from nine aspects,including the responsibilities of shareholders,government,employees,creditors,environment,etc The responsibilities of the public,the customers,the politics and the sustainable development;then,the performance of corporate social responsibility in 2010-2017 was comprehensively evaluated and scored by using the analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive evaluation method.Through the annual evaluation scores,it can be concluded that the overall performance of social responsibility of Hebei Jizhong energy group is mostly below the middle level.After nine aspects of analysis and performance evaluation,it is found that there are many problems in the performance of social responsibility of the enterprise,including the poor return of shareholders' investment,the weak short-term debt paying ability of the enterprise,the lack of senior technical staff,the need to improve the overall development of the staff,the serious damage to the ecological environment,the hidden dangers in production safety,and the lack of standardized and comprehensive disclosure of social responsibility information This paper analyzes the causes of these problems,and on this basis,puts forward corresponding solutions to help the enterprise better fulfill its social responsibility and realize the healthy development of the enterprise.
