The current development of digital technology has greatly promoted the informatization construction of oilfield companies at home and abroad.At the same time,digital oilfield construction is also an inevitable choice for oilfield companies in the future development trend.Among them,data collection and data transmission are particularly important links in the entire value chain of digital oilfield construction.However,the exploitation of oil and gas fields is mostly in remote areas,mostly scattered and distant,which is undoubtedly a challenge to the development of digital oil and gas fields.With the increasing development of IoT technology,NB-IoT(Narrow Band Internet of Thing)technology has emerged from time to time.This technology satisfies the requirements for low power,long standby,deep coverage,and large capacity.Low rate business.This study analyzes the shortcomings of current wellhead data collection and data transmission in oil and gas fields.By using NB-IoT technology as a link and combining with the open IoT platform design of operators,a NB-IoT technology-based IoT instrument data transmission is realized system.The system includes two main parts: hardware and software design.The hardware design selects a chip based on the Cortex-M3 core as the MCU of the wireless instrument to achieve ultra-low power.At the same time,the NB communication module and the data acquisition module are integrated in the wireless instrument to complete System hardware design;software design is based on the completion of hardware design,and realizes the functions of data collection,processing and storage in the wellhead of oil and gas fields,and then sends the collected data to the base station through the NB-IoT communication module,and finally the base station forwards to The Internet of Things platform allows users to perform remote monitoring.The system not only optimizes the way of data collection and transmission in oil and gas wells,but also provides a new method for solving the digitalization problem of remote wells and single wells in oil and gas fields.In this study,the environment construction and test of the IoT instrument data transmission system based on NB-IoT technology are carried out.It is verified that the operating effect of the system is in line with the expected results and has certain practical application value.
