Project cost management plays an important role in engineering projects.Cost management is a process of estimation,budgeting and control of project costs.Through the cost management of the whole process of the project,it can not only ensure that the project completes the construction task on time,but also reasonably plan the cost within the time limit,and realize the effective cost control.In today's society,cost management has become an indispensable part of project management.Therefore,the research on project cost management is of great practical significance.Through the project cost management of TS gas station transformation project of LNSY Company in Shenyang City,Liaoning Province,this paper formulates a reasonable project.Cost scheme,cost estimation,budget and control provide new cases and information for further study of the application of cost management in the project.Firstly,a reasonable construction scheme shall be formulated according to the requirements and objectives of the reconstruction project of TS Gas Station of LNSY Company,then the work plan shall be decomposed in the whole construction stage of the project,the resource schedule and the resource load diagram shall be sorted out,and the cost of the whole project shall be estimated by combining the expert judgment method and analogy estimation method according to the resource plan;Secondly,taking the project cost estimation as the main preparation content,carry out the cost budget,according to the cost budget to decompose the project cost of the whole TS gas station reconstruction project,in the process of the cost budget,the overall consideration shall be given to the external factors after the construction.The foreseeable expenses shall be properly adjusted according to the specific conditions;Finally,the monitoring system is designed to monitor the cost of the project in real time.In case of any deviation between the project duration or cost and the original plan due to other reasons,the deviation reason shall be determined by the earned value method.Meanwhile,the deviation correction measures shall be set according to the specific index data analyzed by the earned value method,and the guarantee measures for the project cost shall be added on the basis of the original plan,so as to realize that the project cost always fluctuate within the controllable range and complete the cost control.Taking the TS gas station transformation project as an example,this paper further studies the important role of cost management,provides reference and reference for the cost research of the same type of projects in the future,and expands the application of cost management in engineering projects.
