Research On Evaluation Of Operation Performance Of D Industrial Tourism Cultural Park Co.,LTD

Tourism is an important way to meet the needs of people's spiritual life,and the form of travel is no longer limited to traditional sightseeing tours,and has begun to turn to some new types of tourism.Industrial tourism is a new hot spot in the tourism industry.The domestic industrial tourism industry is not yet mature,but the government has proposed some policies to promote the development of industrial tourism,which provides opportunities for the development of industrial tourism.We need to evaluate business performance,analysis the problems of the business process,and advise improvement strategies to ensure the sustainable development of industrial tourism.Company D is a traditional steel company.The industrial tourism cultural park of company D was established based on the factories of company D,and there are some problems need to be solved.After evaluating the business performance of D Park,put forward improvement suggestions which based on the evaluation results,so that the D Park can operate for a long time.The focus of this paper is to construct D company's industrial tourism cultural park business performance evaluation index system,comprehensively evaluate the business performance of D park,and conduct research on countermeasures to improve the business performance.The main content includes the following three aspects: First,based on the strategic objectives and stakeholder theory,construct the D park business performance evaluation index system,and choose the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of each indicator based on the actual background of the D park.Second,combining the operating characteristics of D Park and the characteristics of the indicators,and based on the established D Park business performance evaluation index system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to comprehensively evaluate D Park and analyze the operation status of D Park.Third,under the premise of strategic analysis of D Park,grasp the internal and external environment of D Park,and propose targeted improvement countermeasures for the shortcomings of D Park through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and improve D Park's business performance in all dimensions,ensuring the long-term development of D Park.The innovation of this article is to break through the limitations of business performance evaluation commonly used in listed companies or some industries,and to evaluate the business performance of the D company's industrial tourism cultural park.The methods to choose indicators of D park business performance is different from common indicators.At the same time,D Park has constructed a business performance evaluation model that is guided by strategic goals and based on stakeholder theory,which is suitable for D company's industrial tourism cultural park.In addition,the research in this article also provides reference for the performance evaluation of other industrial tourism cultural parks,and enriches the research in related fields.
