Under the tide of cultural self-confidence,the return of Chinese traditional culture consciousness is reflected in various industries,as is the field of design.Therefore,as an important product in the development of human civilization,the text is widely used in the field of cultural design.Chinese characters and Latin alphabet because of its high use,wide circulation,is the mainstream language system,but also today's jewelry design market Chinese the main design elements of word jewelry.However,compared with Chinese characters,Latin alphabet jewelry design is highly mature,minority characters related jewelry design is very few.Chinese culture is composed of the traditional culture of 56 ethnic groups,so the protection and inheritance of Chinese traditional culture and innovation of ethnic minority cultures in the new era is equally important.The Yi ethnic group is one of china's six ethnic minorities,and the Yi language used by its ethnic group is an ancient self-sourced text that is still in circulation today,and the ancient books recorded are covered with a great deal of cultural knowledge,which is a rare cultural treasure for the Chinese nation.Due to force majeure factors,many Yi literature books have been damaged and lost,some of the text also appears to be broken connection can not be translated,so the protection and inheritance of Yi characters is imminent.In jewelry design,the existing Yi jewelry also stays in the traditional pattern and ethnic color of the simple application,traditional ethnic color is greater than the modern aesthetic.Through the analysis and induction of the character form,the way of word making,the composition structure,and the comparison with other text glyphs,the author concludes that the unique glyphs of Yiwen originate from their straight,curvy strokes and different stroke combinations,so the author divides the character forms of Yiwen characters into various combinations for design application;In the design process,from the perspective of understanding the essential characteristics of Yiwen's meaning,the characters of Yi language and jewelry language will be combined with the overall shape of Yi text as the design element,and in the application process to incorporate part of the text design methods to ensure that Yi jewelry design in the preservation of the characteristic style of Yi text at the same time obtain the form of jewelry design aesthetics,innovative Yi language communication carrier and Yi jewelry form.As the jewelry design with Yi characters as the design element has not yet appeared,so this attempt is not only to explore the possibility of Yi characters in jewelry design,but also to explore and try in jewelry design of Yi culture,to provide a new way of thinking for the study of nationalized jewelry design,in order to promote the promotion and innovation of traditional Yi culture and the protection and inheritance and development of Yiwen.
