The "Jieqinmen" in Volume 2 of Xixia's "Tiansheng Laws" is an important document reflecting the Xixia mourning dress system.Using the content of the mourning dress contained in the "Jieqinmen" in the "Law of Tiansheng",combined with other related laws on mourning,a systematic analysis of the Xixia mourning dress system from the theoretical basis,system construction and practice of the mourning dress system in Xixia.Moreover,based on the review of the theoretical development of the Tang and Song Dynasty mourning dress system and the general situation of mourning dress literature,the important value of "Jieqinmen" as an unearthed mourning dress literature is explained.Secondly,the eighty-three articles of clothing stipulated by the "Jieqinmen" are described with the Tang and Song literature "Datang Kaiyuan Ceremony Five Clothing System","Tiansheng Order·Funeral Order·Mourning Clothing Years and Months","Politics and Five New Ceremonies·Five The relevant service narrations recorded in the Tang and Song dynasties recorded in "Fu System" and "Qing Yuan Tiao Legal Affairs Classes·Fu Zhi Men·Fu Zhi Ge"are comparatively analyzed and verified one by one,explaining the important origin between Xixia Fuxu and Tang and Song Fuxu.It reflects that the formulation of the Xixia mourning dress system conforms to the general trend of dress system reforms from the Tang and Five Dynasties to the Song Dynasty.In terms of service regulations,it also complies with the basic service rules of the Kaiyuan ceremony,and absorbs the new service regulations that appeared in the Song Dynasty in a timely manner.The absorption of the Xixia mourning clothing system to the achievements of the medieval clothing system reform,especially the large amount of reference to the Song Dynasty clothing system,further shows that Xixia's system construction was influenced by the Central Plains culture.Thirdly,by referring to the mourning clothes graphic system of the Tang and Song Dynasties,Xixia's mourning clothes were tentatively constructed,and the mourning clothes pictures of Xixia "clan kin" relatives,Xixia "mother family" mourning clothes pictures,and Xixia "foreign ethnic groups" were drawn.There are five types of "wife party" mourning dress pictures,mourning dress pictures with married daughters as relatives,and mourning dress pictures with adopted children as their relatives.Through the form of mourning clothes,we can more intuitively understand the changes in mourning clothes among relatives in Xixia society.Finally,the Xixia mourning dress system is not only recorded in the "jieqinmen",but also used in the formulation of other laws,reflecting the practice of the Xixia mourning dress system in the formulation of laws.There are a total of 21 articles in Xixia's "Tiansheng Law" that clearly apply the service system to the law,which is an important testimony of Xixia's use of the mourning system to build the law.It futher demonstrates the important historical characteristics of Xixia's absorption of the Tang and Song legal systems in the construction of the legal system.And from the relevant mourning law texts,it can also reflect the Dingyou phenomenon in Xixia and the punishment of mourning violations.In short,in the process of development and construction of the Xixia mourning dress system,it has continuously participated in the process of Chinese culture,enriching the connotation of Chinese culture,and further enriching the content of the traditional Chinese mourning dress system,which is important for promoting the feudalization of Xixia society.
