With the increase in customer demand for product diversification and viewing,higher requirements have been put forward for the upgrading and intelligence of modern manufacturing enterprises.The production mode has changed from the previous increase of inventory to the mixed model production mode based on customer orders.The mixed-flow production model,the mixed-flow production system has high flexibility,can quickly integrate the internal production materials of the enterprise without changing the main production equipment,and quickly produce a variety of products through reasonable scheduling.Firstly,the characteristics of mixed-flow assembly production system and its material distribution were analyzed in this paper.Taking the production system of wooden window manufacturing enterprise as the research object,this paper carries out theoretical analysis and research on mixed-flow assembly production system,determines various parameters,strategies and rules in the system,establishes the simulation frame of mixed-flow assembly line according to the structure and characteristics of mixed-flow assembly production system,and Plant Simulation software is used to establish the simulation model of the production system of wood window two part mixed model assembly.After the simulation model is verified and confirmed,the simulation model runs to conduct experiments for the problems in the actual production system,and the wooden window production sequence optimization model combining genetic algorithm and material supply equalization is proposed for material supply sequencing;Based on the optimal production sequence under the goals of total completion time,idle time of the station and minimization of overload time of the station,the balance of material supply is ensured to reduce the line-side inventory,to improve the stability and balance of production,Through the analysis of the material supply system,in order to solve the problems of line-side inventory accumulation,unbalanced material supply and unreasonable supply batches,the size of the temporary storage area on the edge of the production system,the single carrying capacity of the AGV handling trolley,and the speed and quantity of the AGV handling trolley were optimized,and an excellent temporary storage area size and the single carrying capacity ratio of the AGV handling trolley were obtained.AGV handling the ratio of the number of trolleys to the speed improves the utilization rate of each station and the production efficiency of the system,realizes the leveling of the mixed-flow assembly production system,and reduces the production and inventory costs.Aiming to improve the material supply system of the mixed-flow assembly line of wooden window manufacturing enterprise,and focuses on the optimization of the mixed-flow production sequence and the optimization of the material distribution system,which is extremely important to improve the comprehensive performance of the mixed-flow assembly line of wooden windows.
