This thesis based on F company's enterprise production logistic of assemble line, aiming at the problem that the advanced manufacturing mode does not match the extensive style method of material distribution, researching on how to apply the JIT material distribution to the daily material distribution of F company's production line.This thesis firstly introduces the current material distribution mode of F Company's production line, analyzing the problem and studying the improvement of distribution time and distribution mode and the theory of JIT distribution is put forward. Secondly, with the shortest assembly cycle that can realize JIT distribution as the target function, establishing mathematical model, heuristic algorithm is put forward. This thesis divides one day's production time into a numbers of same periods as assembly cycle, and uses the cycle as variable. For the every cycle, calculating the material demand, the number of distribution vehicles and distribution cycle, and find the shortest assembly cycle that can realize JIT distribution. Then, according to the material distribution of F Company's production line, this thesis mathematically expresses the actual problem and simplifies the partial contents.By the calculation method, finding 360 seconds is the shortest assembly cycle that can realize JIT distribution. At last, comparing the original distribution mode, the effectiveness of the method is verified. The number of distribution person reduces from 16 to 12. The number of distribution vehicles reduces from 16 to 13 and the average carrying rate reduces from 112% to 73%. At the same time, the improvement is being carried out.
