China is rich in coal resources,and coal is China's main energy composition and basic raw materials.With the decline of domestic coal demand and the continuous growth of import volume,the cost of coal logistics accounts for nearly 40%of the whole coal price,and with the rise of coal price in recent years,how to improve the efficiency of coal logistics and reduce the waste of resources has become a top priority for coal enterprises.The uneven distribution of China's coal resources leads to the problems of long lines and many nodes in the coal logistics network.The establishment of a networked,intelligent and integrated coal logistics network provides new development opportunities for improving the efficiency of coal logistics and optimizing the coal logistics network.In this paper,combined with the current development background of the domestic coal industry,combined with the actual situation,the significance of the study of coal logistics network optimization is described,and the main research content and research methods are explained by combining with the theory of coal resource integration.Secondly,through the preliminary study on the basic theory of coal logistics network and coal resources integration,combined with the analysis of the current situation of the integration of coal logistics development,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up optimization research.Through the detailed analysis and Discussion on the current situation and existing problems of the three links of procurement,transportation and sales in the coal logistics network of s group,this paper makes a preliminary cost composition analysis for the further optimization of the coal logistics network of s group.In view of the problems of excess coal capacity,low coal consumption of internal power plants and excess transport capacity in s group,the coal logistics network composed of two transfer modes including coal mine,power plant and iron water transportation company,port and inland transfer station is optimized.The purpose of this paper is to establish a linear programming model with the minimum total cost of s group as the research goal.While constructing the model,the related problems of the selection of coal resources and transportation mode in the group are considered,and a reasonable coal logistics network optimization model is established to realize the optimization of S group's coal logistics network.Finally,combined with the actual data of s group to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm,and combined with the results of the algorithm to optimize the coal logistics network of s group put forward relevant suggestions and improvement measures.Through the establishment of coal logistics network optimization model,it not only provides reference opinions for s group to solve the internal resource surplus and how to improve economic benefits,but also provides technical and theoretical support for the optimization of coal logistics network of s group.
