Parameterized Design Of Desk Based On Employee's Receiving Behavior

With the rapid development of information technology,the staffs office style has also changed greatly,which is more closely related to office furniture.Because the existing desks are mostly designed and produced in standardized and batch forms,the storage space of desks is single and fixed,and the actual needs of employees are not considered,which affects the office efficiency of employees.The combination of parametric design concept and computer-aided technology is the main way to solve this problem.In this paper,the desk storage function is taken as the research object.Firstly,the questionnaire survey is used to analyze and sort out the current situation and needs of the staffs desk storage.The field investigation method mainly observes and analyzes the staffs office storage behavior.By investigating the current situation and office storage behavior of the staff in the office space,the relationship between office storage behavior and desk storage space is constructed.Then,taking sales staff as an example,statistical analysis is made on their office storage behavior,types,specifications,quantity and frequency of office supplies,so as to dig deep into the pain points of sales staff in using desk storage space,determine the specific needs of salespeople for desk storage space,including the size of storage space and the convenience of access,and clarify the design direction.Secondly,combined with furniture design theory,the spatial variables affecting desk design are analyzed from two aspects:storage items and office storage behavior.The modeling parameters are analyzed from ergonomics,furniture structure characteristics and storage item size by adopting parametric design method.By determining parameters and calculating formulas,a secondary development platform is established,and storage behavior and demand are converted into specific parameters,and desk specific design based on staff storage behavior is carried out to obtain product models.Finally,a group of examples are selected to show the operation content and final effect of the platform.The developed platform can meet the needs of different employees for office storage space.
