Panel furniture packing problem is committed to improving the overall package space utilization rate,reducing the use of foam and other fillers,improving the stability of packaging,ensuring the safety of furniture board transportation,reducing the use of wrapping paper,so as to reduce the cost of packaging and goods transportation,which has important significance for the rapid development of furniture industry today.The packing problem of panel furniture was studied in this paper,which was applicable to the problem of panel furniture packing.It is an extension of the two-dimensional packing problem.Traditional two-dimensional packing problem has accumulated a large number of algorithms,while the research methods for the problem of panel furniture problem are not mature.The reason is that the problem of panel furniture packing is more complicated than the traditional two-dimensional packing problem,considering the maximum package weight constraint,maximum height constraint and single bottom panel constraint and other practical constraints.The original codec method is invalid,so it is of practical significance to study this problem.Firstly,the research status of the rectangular piece nesting material problem,the irregular piece nesting material problem and the research status of the panel furniture packing problem were reviewed in this paper.The research content of this paper was proposed based on the research status of nesting problem.The mathematical model of panel furniture packing problem was given by analyzing the objective function and constraint conditions of panel furniture packing problem.The relevant theories and methods of panel furniture packing problem were expounded,which laid the foundation for the subsequent research of panel furniture packing problem.Secondly,in view of the shortcomings of the packaging methods of panel furniture proposed in the existing literature,an initial population method based on genetic algorithm was designed,and a decoding method based on the lowest level method was proposed to make up for its shortcomings.Combined with the relevant examples given in the literature and other algorithms,comparative test analysis was conducted,and the test results verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.In order to solve the shortcomings of the proposed algorithm which can only solve the packing problem of rectangular panel furniture and further improve the performance of the algorithm,a coding method which can represent the packing order and rotation direction of special-shaped panels was designed on the basis of tabu search algorithm,and a decoding method based on the critical polygon algorithm and the lowest horizontal line algorithm was proposed.Combined with the relevant examples given in the literature,the test results verified the feasibility of the proposed algorithm.Finally,combined with the actual packaging requirements of panel furniture,based on the above theoretical research results on the palletizing strategy of panel furniture,the intelligent packaging software prototype system was developed.The system development environment and main functional modules were introduced.The running process of the system was briefly introduced by testing two different practical cases,and the feasibility of the prototype system was verified.
