Mineral resources are an indispensable part of human society.The southeast areas in Yunnan plays an essential role in the Kingdom of non-ferrous metals,and are well known for the complete,high quality,and rich mineral resources in the world.However,mining in these areas in recent years,with the intensifying and spreading exploitation,have frequently affected the local geological environment(ground fissure and heavy metal pollution),threatening local residents' life and property with a great challenge to the ecological safety and loss to the local GDP.Therefore,the quality assessment and monitoring of the geological environment in mine lots in the southeast areas in Yunnan is of practical significance.This article relies on the subproject “Environmental Remote Sensing Monitoring of Mineral Resources Development in Yunnan Province ” of China Geological Survey,taking the work area for environmental remote sensing monitoring of mineral resources development in southeast Yunnan as the object of study.The degree of matching of mineral resources in the study area is uneven,and the degree of matching of mineral resources is the highest in the typical gathering areas of ferrous metal minerals,non-ferrous metal minerals,building materials and other non-metallic minerals.In recent years,a large number of mines have been shut down and rectified due to reasons such as the operation of mining enterprises and the raising of the national ecological audit threshold.Currently,the number of abandoned mines has reached 39.76% of all mines.The main types of mining of in minerals southeastern Yunnan are non-metallic mines such as building materials,which occupy an absolute advantage in terms of quantity.However,the scale and technology of metal minerals mining are far superior to non-metallic minerals.On basis of collecting the data in the physical geographic environment,the geological environment,and the social economy as well as the remote-sensing images and mining rights and so on,the current research analyzes the spectral characteristics and extracts the information on the mine development by means of the high-resolution remote-sensing images,and eighteen indexes are selected from five aspects to construct an index system of quality evaluation on the mining environment in Southeast Yunnan.Rough set theory and analytic hierarchy process are integrated to weight the rough analytic hierarchy process for a purpose of environmental quality evaluation on these mining areas.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through the multivariate data analysis technology based on the principle of object-oriented classification,the remote-sensing images of mining in southeastern Yunnan are analyzed and the interpretation signs of remote-sensing information are established for the information extraction and comparison with the field validation data.The pass rate reaches 80.26%,saving manpower and material resources as well as guaranteeing the accuracy of the survey.(2)By comparing the consistency and spatial heterogeneity of internal index factor types within grid cells under different evaluation scales,the best evaluation scale of the study area is 1000×1000m.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different weighting methods and evaluation quantification methods,the combined weighting method is selected to assign values to each index factor,the buffer zone is combined with grid method to quantify the index factors,the partition map on assessment is drew by values of an integrated evaluation.(3)The study area is divided into four areas according to the pros and cons of the geological environment of the mine,The results show that the overall quality of the mine geological environment in southeastern Yunnan is good,with 67% of high-quality areas,29% of medium-quality areas,3.2% of poor-quality areas,and 0.8% of poor-quality areas.The areas with poor quality are the most widely distributed in Gejiu City.The main reason is that Gejiu City has a long history of development and it is difficult to control heavy metal pollution.Analyze the cause mechanism of the partition result and give corresponding measures and countermeasures.The results of the study provide a scientific basis for the local relevant departments to manage the mining environment,to promote green mining,and an overall development under the joint prevention and control the sustainable development of the mining industry.
