| Liaoyang City is a city with rich mineral resources in Liaoning Province.Excessive exploitation and utilization of mining resources pose a potential threat to people’s normal life, which makes the current mine environmental problems gradually deepen. It is urgent to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of mine geological environment and implement the monitoring measures for the key areas according to this.Taking Liaoyang City as the research object, this paper identifies the current situation of mine geological ecological environment in mineral resources exploitation area of Liaoyang City, evaluates it by using AHP and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method, and uses Arc GIS platform to make comprehensive review zoning of Liaoyang mine geological environment, and puts forward countermeasures and monitoring suggestions. The main achievements are as follows:(1)There are 661 mines in the study area, covering a total area of 190.40km~2.The geological environment problems of mines in the study area fall into four types:occupation and destruction of land resources, mine geological disasters, impact and destruction of landform landscape, groundwater and soil pollution.Among 43 water samples in Liaoyang City,30 were polluted, with a pollution rate of 69.8%.The potential ecological index method was used to evaluate soil heavy metal pollution. The results showed that among 222 soil samples in Liaoyang City, only 21 soil samples were moderately polluted, and the rest were slightly or not polluted.(2)Through the weight determined by analytic hierarchy process, combined with the comprehensive evaluation method of grid method and fuzzy mathematics, the impact degree of Liaoyang mine geological environment was evaluated.By using the superposition calculation and spatial analysis function of Arc GIS software, the comprehensive evaluation of Liaoyang mine geological environment was finally divided into three impact areas. The mining geological environment is seriously affected, more seriously affected and slightly affected. The seriously affected area covers 452.01km~2,accounting for 9.53%of the total area;the seriously affected area covers 326.44km~2,accounting for 6.88%of the total area;the slightly affected area covers3965.55km~2,accounting for 83.59%of the total area of Liaoyang City.(3)Mine environmental governance in Liaoyang City should follow the principle of"emergency first and delay later",take the governance of areas seriously affected by mine geological environment as the starting point, increase the investment and support of mine geological environment governance funds in view of existing geological environment problems, highlight local characteristics to carry out comprehensive governance projects, and carry out hierarchical monitoring, phased monitoring and dynamic monitoring. There are 27 figures,32 tables and 70 references in this paper. |
