At present,the fish top detection method is mainly based on printing.This method can only judge the fish top condition,but cannot fully understand the fish top condition,thus affecting the workover efficiency and the success rate of repair.Oilfield companies have long been undefeated in downhole real-time monitoring technology,so they need to try new methods on the basis of existing technologies to solve the problem of unclear recognition of fish head.Therefore,this topic has important research significance.Firstly,aiming at the low accuracy of the existing downhole television imaging technology and the unclear imaging in the downhole turbidity medium,a downhole fish head identification system adapted to the oil pollution environment was designed.The overall scheme of the system,including the overall composition of the system,working principle and design requirements,is divided into two parts:the uphole system and the downhole system.In order to facilitate the experiment,the whole system is improved and the protection scheme of the camera is put forward.Then,simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the pipe bending mode of the local cleaning module of the fish head identification system,and the relationship between flow velocity,dynamic viscosity and time is obtained.The results show that:with the increase of the flow rate and the dynamic viscosity,the shorter the drainage time,the faster the drainage,and the better the drainage effect.In the same time period,the higher the dynamic viscosity of the cleaning fluid,the better the effect of sewage drainage.Finally,in order to verify whether this design method is feasible,the manufacturing system is processed according to the pipe bend layout and visual simulation experiment is carried out according to the visibility level index of downhole crude oil.The quartz vitreous front end is sprayed with the oil trap,and the gear pump governor is adjusted to the maximum flow rate(2m/s)to flush the falling matter.Therefore,it is determined that using the principle of local cleaning to clean the falling matter can effectively drain the sewage,so that the falling matter presents a clear picture,indicating that this design method is feasible.The system is small in size,easy to use,can replace the traditional well cleaning process,has good environmental protection,and provides a method for the current technical problems in the field of oilfield workover.
