In the middle and late stage of natural gas well production,the fluid accumulation gradually increases,which will lead to the decrease of gas well production,and finally the gas well will stop production due to fluid accumulation.The plunger drainage gas recovery technology is one of the drainage gas recovery technology which is often used in production site.However,the traditional plunger used at this stage is slow down,and the downhole clamping device is fixed,which makes it impossible to adjust the plunger depth according to the situation of fluid accumulation.At the same time,it is impossible to monitor downhole data.In view of these deficiencies,this paper designs an intelligent plunger drainage gas production tool based on the structural advantages of the existing plunger.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The development history and latest progress of drainage gas plunger technology at home and abroad are fully investigated,and the advanced research results at home and abroad are summarized.(2)Aiming at the problem that the traditional plunger needs to install the downhole clamping device and the plunger can not be put into depth according to the situation of fluid accumulation,the design scheme of drainage gas recovery intelligent plunger is proposed in this subject.The key components of the intelligent plunger structure are designed in detail by using Solid Works software.The designed intelligent plunger includes fishing head,centralizer,battery module,main control system,sensor module,motor and transmission module,sealant cylinder,outlet valve and upper and lower plug.Total length is 1210 mm,intelligent plunger centralizer spring piece length of 120 mm,intelligent plunger motor in the selection of 28BYJ-48 stepping motor,sealant cylinder material selection of fluorine rubber,length of 170 mm,the thickness is 8mm,the cavity taper of1:10.(3)The performance of intelligent plunger is simulated.ANSYS software is used to analyze the fluid velocity rule of the intelligent plunger descending process,and verify that the intelligent plunger can realize fast descending.Using ANSYS Workbench software to conduct static analysis,the influence of the inner cavity taper of the intelligent plunger sealant cylinder on the sealing performance was obtained.(4)Intelligent plunger control system design.Based on the MCU hardware,motor drive,interface knowledge,the use of STC89C52 MCU,28BYJ-48 stepping motor,DS18B20 temperature sensors,pressure sensor sand ADXL345 acceleration sensors,designed and developed a complete set of control system.
