With the production of natural gas wells,the bottom hole effusion will continue to increase,and the existence of effusion will increase the back pressure on the gas reservoir.If the bottom hole effusion can not be effectively discharged,it will affect the production of gas wells or even lead to shutdown.In order to improve the recovery rate of natural gas and extend the production life of gas wells,it is necessary to remove the bottom hole liquid.It is difficult to meet the needs of field gas field development if the early traditional artificial judgment of gas well fluid accumulation is used.The control system of plunger drainage gas production integrates the gas field gas production technology and digital technology.The most effective method in the gas well drainage gas production technology is to use the controller to automatically judge the liquid accumulation in the gas well.The purpose of plunger gas lift is to achieve the principle of low cost,low power consumption,automation and intelligence,so as to realize the real-time and efficient removal of liquid accumulation at the bottom of the gas well and improve the single well production of the gas well Therefore,in the oil and natural gas drainage gas production technology,it is well received by the majority of users.Plunger gas lift is a special form of intermittent gas lift,which uses the energy of the reservoir itself to promote the plunger water lift in the oil pipe.It is considered to be the most effective and lowest cost drainage and production measure in the drainage and gas production process.In this paper,a plunger gas lift drainage gas production control system is designed in combination with the drainage gas production of the natural gas well of CNPC,which is the basis of the drainage gas production system.According to the characteristics of bottom hole liquid accumulation in natural gas wells,the control system adopts msp430f5438a as the control chip,which collects the oil pressure,casing pressure and the arrival time of the plunger to the sensor in real time.After the real-time diagnosis,analysis and optimization of the single-chip,the most effective plunger gas lift well opening system is determined,the switch of the pneumatic valve is controlled,and the fluid in the gas wells is discharged Body.Through the improved BP neural network optimization algorithm,among the various variables that affect the working system of the plunger gas lift drainage gas production control system,the optimal parameter combination is found and the best working system is realized.Through the control system of plunger drainage and gas production,the key parameters can be quantified,which can effectively improve the management level of gas well production,save human and material resources,and greatly improve the work efficiency of technical personnel.
