Design And Technologyresearch Of The Automatic Induced Flow And Drainage By Two-piece Plunger In The Low Pressure Gas Well System

With the increasing of gas well exploration in recent years,a lot of later period gas well have water seriously.The water can produce certain back pressure on the strata,reduce the gas well production pressure,and make the gas well output fell sharply.The plunger drainage-gas recovery technology are used to increase production in many water gas well in Chongqing gas field.However,present plunger drainage-gas recovery equipment have some problems,such as long shut-in time and a large number of liquid drop,etc.For these problems,the paper designed the two-piece plunger drainage-gas recovery equipment,which can shorten shut-in time,prevent gas breaking through the slug and decreases the fallback of liquids.This equipment can improve the recovery of the gas effectively.The paper introduces the whole schema of the automatic induced flow and drainage by two-piece plunger in the low pressure gas well.The core component two-piece plunger and accessory catcher were designed with 3D drawing software.For hydraulic jaw baffle capture 3D design and mechanical analysis by Ansys.After confirmed the two-piece plunger structure,then using the kinetic theory and numerical calculation software Matlab to analysis the two-piece plunger movement in the well-bore,so got the pressure calculation model,and obtained the up movement rule of the two-piece plunger in a specific pressure in the well-bore.Completed the selecting attachments(PLC controller,bop,pneumatic diaphragm valve,etc.)of the automatic induced flow and drainage system by plunger in the low pressure gas well.This paper with dynamics theory analysis and a large number of numerical calculation of two-piece plunger drainage mechanism,and compared with gas well data to verify the rationality and validity of the automatic induced flow and drainage system by plunger in the low pressure gas well,and reliability of the whole system.Using the two-piece plunger for drainage gas recovery that can improve the drainage,reduce energy loss,decreases labor cost,improve the comprehensive benefit of gas field development.
