Zhen300 block was built in 2010 and put into full development in the same year.The development prospect is huge and the reserves are rich.At present,the main development horizons are Y10 and Chang 3,which belongs to structure-lithologic reservoir,and the sand body is distributed in NSE and WW direction.At present,there are the following development contradictions in this block: the reservoir is sensitive to water injection,and water is visible in multiple directions in plane;Interlayer heterogeneity is strong and profile water flooding is uneven.Local underinjection and lack of formation energy;The proportion of low-producing Wells is high.In order to further alleviate the development contradiction,improve the reservoir understanding and development level,and solve the key technical problems existing in the development of oil field,this paper carries out geological research,dynamic analysis and numerical simulation research on Zhen300 area.Through single sand body distribution rule,the heterogeneity of the reservoir fine research,development,performance evaluation and single sand body see water effective law research,low well influence factors analysis,put forward the governance plan,the reasonable development technology policy and remaining oil use measures to optimize the development program,after the implementation and development technical policy execution measures,The daily oil production level and cumulative oil production increased successively,while the water cut increased slowly.Through numerical simulation prediction,it is estimated that the oil will be increased by 120 thousand tons at the end of the evaluation period(15 years),and the recovery degree will be improved by 2.1%.The conclusion of this paper can guide the efficient development of Yan10 and Chang 3 reservoirs in Zhen300 area and lay a solid foundation for improving the ultimate recovery factor.
