Oilfield well group dynamic analysis is a comprehensive analysis and judgment work for well groups based on single well dynamic analysis.Oilfield managers and staff can accurately and conveniently grasp the dynamic operation status of oilfield well groups and timely adjust production management measures based on the results of oilfield well group dynamic analysis.In this thesis,based on the actual needs of an oil production plant in Changqing oilfield,we study the dynamic analysis of oilfield well groups based on oilfield production data and data mining related technologies and methods.Firstly,the relevant indicator factors required for data mining methods are analyzed.Starting from the actual meaning of each indicator,the indicator factors and commonly used maps required for dynamic analysis of oilfield well groups are determined,and the indicator system for dynamic analysis is established.Then,according to the characteristics of oilfield well group production data and the business requirements for dynamic analysis,an oilfield well group dynamic analysis model based on the long and short term memory algorithm and the BP algorithm is established,and experiments and results analysis are conducted on the two network models.Finally,based on two dynamic analysis models,combined with relevant specifications for oilfield business and development technology,an oilfield well group dynamic analysis system was implemented using Spyder as the development platform,Python as the development language,and My SQL as the database,including system requirements analysis,architecture design,and functional design.The system includes user management,production data management,and well group dynamic analysis function modules.The system is easy to operate and has a friendly interface,which is convenient for users to quickly manage the production data of water injection wells and oil production wells.Users can dynamically analyze the oil production and water injection conditions of single wells and well groups in the oilfield through various forms such as tables and curves,quickly analyze the changes in the production of well groups after the implementation of increase production measures in the well group,achieve dynamic analysis of the oilfield well group,and help oilfield workers formulate scientific oilfield development plans,Timely understand the production situation of oilfield well groups,solve production problems,and ultimately achieve the goal of stable production and increased production.
