| The CNC gear measuring center control system is the key to affecting the measurement performance of the gear measuring center.This topic uses SoC FPGA chip to realize the multiple control functions of the control system from the perspective of system hardware development,and comprehensively improve the accuracy,stability and integration.The main research content of the thesis is hardware interface circuit design and FPGA internal logic development.This paper uses SoC FPGA core board as the core of processing and control to design the system hardware interface circuit,which mainly includes probe A/D interface circuit,grating type probe circuit,general grating interface circuit,motor drive circuit,manual mode interface circuit and switch interface circuit and so on.Design the control system hardware motherboard through the multi-channel design method of Altium Designer software,while ensuring that the interface circuit is fully compatible with the original gear measurement center interface,and realizes the high integration,strong reliability and wide applicability of the control system hardware circuit.Developed hardware logic for SoC FPGA,designed FPGA-based probe A/D data filtering logic,and realized accurate measurement of gear measurement items through sliding average filtering,median filtering and arithmetic average filtering algorithms;design the variable time width grating speed and acceleration measurement logic,and carry out the on-line detection of speed and acceleration during the movement of the grating,providing a data basis for dynamic error correction;designing motor grouping linkage logic,dividing drive pulses into independent two groups for six-axis DDA linear interpolation control;adopt S-shaped and trapezoidal curve acceleration and deceleration to realize the speed stability control of the motor;the manual mode of different manual input source signals is designed to drive the operation of the motor.This text uses Modelsim to carry on the function simulation to each module logic,uses the debugging platform to carry on the system function test to the control system,and uses the Signal Tap to capture the FPGA internal waveform in real time,carries on the actual measurement data analysis.At the same time,perform performance optimization based on CNC gear measurement center,select appropriate probe data filter algorithm and filter width parameters to improve the measurement accuracy of the system.Through the FPGA-based gear measurement center control system design,the computer’s ability to control the control system is enhanced,the hardware integration,versatility and compatibility of the control system are improved,and the measurement accuracy and measurement efficiency of the CNC gear measurement center are improved. |
