In the era of rapid technological development,flexible electronics technology has developed rapidly.Transparent conductive materials have attracted a lot of attention from scholars in many technical fields due to their excellent properties such as high light transmittance and high conductivity.Silver nanowire has become the most potential flexible transparent conductive material to replace traditional ITO because of its easy synthesis,high conductivity,strong flexibility and easy film formation,The morphology of silver nanowires is the most important factor which affects the performance of the flexible transparent conductive film.At present,the polyol method with ethylene glycol as reducing agent is the most widely used method for preparing silver nanowires,while propylene glycol is rarely studied.In this paper,the polyol method was used to prepare silver nanowire,using propylene glycol instead of ethylene glycol and silver nanowires with uniform thickness and high aspect ratio was synthesized efficiently on the basis of previous studies.The experiment discussed in detail the influence of PVP,Cu Cl2,temperature and time with different molecular weights on the growth morphology of silver nanowires.The experimental results showed that silver nanowires with length of 50-70 μm,diameter of about 60 nm,and length-diameter ratio of 1000 was able to be successfully prepared under the optimal conditions.Furthermore,a dispersant PEDOT:PSS aqueous solution was added to improve the stability of the ink considering that the stability of conductive ink of nanometer silver wire has a direct impact on the performance of transparent conductive film.In this paper,silver nanowire dispersion and PEDOT:PSS aqueous solution were compounded in a volume ratio of 3:1.The leveling agent diacetone alcohol with a volume concentration of 0.08% was added to reduce the surface tension of the ink and increase the compatibility of PEDOT:PSS with silver nanowires,thereby improving the uniformity of film formation.The experimental results showed that silver nanowire ink could be stably dispersed at room temperature for nine weeks.In order to increase the hydrophilicity of PET substrate,the influence of plasma surface treatment time and time on PET surface treatment was analyzed and discussed.The experimental results showed that the best time for plasma surface treatment of PET is 30 s and it has a two-hour timeliness.Finally,the spraying method was used to explore the effects of spraying times,substrate temperature and the distance between the nozzle and the substrate on the transmittance,conductivity and haze of the transparent conductive film.The experimental results showed that the transparent conductive film of silver nanowires obtained by spraying 5 times and 10 times under the conditions of a substrate temperature of 140°C and a nozzle distance of 10 cm from the substrate exhibit excellent performance.Its light transmittance is above 83%,and its resistance is below 70 Ω/sq.In the whole experiment,a transparent conductive film of silver nanowire with the same performance as the traditional ITO films was successfully prepared under the condition of simple process and low cost.
