Toys are an indispensable part of people's growth.With the improvement of people's spiritual demands,more attention is paid to the aesthetic value and collection value of toys.Wooden toys with furnishing functions stand out in the market and are favored by consumers.However,the design of domestic wooden furnishing toys started late,and a systematic theoretical system has not yet been formed.The homogeneity of products is serious,and the lack of design innovation cannot meet the needs of contemporary people.This article takes wooden furnishing toys as a starting point,combining multiple factors such as craftsmanship,materials,market,and user needs,to explore the design methods of wooden furnishing toys to provide reference for subsequent designs.This article takes the concepts of "furnishings" and "toys" as the breakthrough point,and defines the concept and scope of wooden furnishing toys by analyzing existing wooden toys and user needs.Comparing and analyzing wooden furnishing toys with other types of toys,drawing up the development trend of wooden furnishing toys,further researching the emotionalization of wooden furnishing toys,and putting forward three levels of wooden furnishing toys design.The different design levels of toys are studied and four main design elements are obtained.Secondly,summarize the existing geometric toys,explore the application methods of geometric analysis in toys,and then use geometric analysis to transform the design elements of wooden furnishing toys,and propose design methods between wooden furnishing toys,mainly including characteristics Extraction,geometric simplification,and element reconstruction are three parts.The details are as follows: first use the tree structure and contour method to extract the element characteristics and relationship characteristics of the object,and further use the auxiliary line method to transform the geometric form of the object prototype,and then use combination,deformation,shearing,and softening to realize the re-election of the elements.Structure.Finally,the article verifies the feasibility of this design method through practice.This design method can help designers quickly extract the main features from complex objective things when designing,and have a clearer understanding of the relationship between the various components of things.
