In order to solve the problem that the three-cylinder engine has vibration and noise during operation and the stator rubber of the screw drill motor is easy to age in the deep well oil exploitation,the high-temperature resistant damping rubber and high-temperature resistant sealing rubber which can withstand 120? have attracted the attention of researchers.Based on this,hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber(HNBR)with excellent high-temperature resistance,oil resistance and physical properties was selected as the research object,through the basic research of raw gum parameters and formula regulation method,it provides data support for searching high temperature damping rubber of three-cylinder engine and high temperature sealing rubber of oil field screw drilling tool.The main research contents of this paper are as follows(1)In order to select high-temperature resistant damping rubber suitable for three-cylinder engine and high-temperature resistant sealing rubber suitable for oil field screw drilling tool,four different grades of HNBR rubber were selected as the research objects.The effects of mooney viscosity,hydrogenation degree and acrylonitrile content on the cross-linking density,mechanical properties,dynamic properties and thermal properties of HNBR rubber were investigated.The results showed that the intermolecular force of HNBR vulcanizates with higher mooney viscosity was stronger,the crosslinking density and mechanical properties of vulcanizates increased with the increase of mooney viscosity;the thermal oxygen aging of rubber is mainly the reaction of double bond in rubber molecular chain,the aging property increased with the increase of hydrogenation degree;acrylonitrile is a strongly polar group,it interacts with hydrogen atoms in the rubber chain,and that prevents the chain from moving,therefore,the Tan? and Tg increase with the increase of acrylonitrile content.Therefore,the HNBR 2010L with lower mooney viscosity value has a lower 100%definite extension stress,it can satisfy the rubber hysteresis ring with excellent damping performance when the torque is low,suitable for three cylinder engine high-temperature resistant damping rubber material;the HNBR 2000 with up to 99%hydrogenation has excellent aging resistance,high compressive permanent deformation and tensile strength retention in high temperature environment,suitable for oil field screw drill motor stator rubber sealing material;HNBR 1010 with the highest acrylonitrile content,has excellent physical properties,it can be applied to materials requiring high physical properties;HNBR 2010 has the best comprehensive mechanical properties,applicable to the widest range.(2)The HNBR 2010L has low 100%constant extension stress,which can satisfy the rubber hysteresis ring at low torsion and still has excellent damping performance,but the physical properties and high-temperature resistance of the HNBR 2010L are slightly poor.Therefore,HNBR 2010L was selected as the raw rubber system,and through the exploration of vulcanization system and reinforcing system,the high-temperature resistant damped rubber with tensile strength not less than 20 MPa and 100%low constant extension stress was obtained for the three-cylinder engine.The study on the curing system showed that the crosslinking density of the vulcanized rubber was higher in the system with high main vulcanizing agent and low assisting vulcanizing agent,and the physical properties of the vulcanized rubber were excellent.The comprehensive properties of the vulcanized rubber were the best when the main vulcanizing agent BIPB was 7 phr,and the assisting vulcanizing agent TAIC was 4 phr.In the study of the reinforcing system,it was found that in the HNBR vulcanized rubber filled with different reinforcing agents,because ZDMA formed ionic bonds in the process of vulcanization,the high temperature resistance of the HNBR vulcanized rubber reinforced by ZDMA was the best,but the constant tensile stress was larger;the physical properties of HNBR vulcanized rubber reinforced by silica are the lowest because of it's poor compatibility with rubber matrix;the comprehensive properties of HNBR vulcanizates reinforced by carbon black are between silica and ZDMA.In addition,when ZDMA and carbon black N550 were used together in the system,the amount of ZDMA was 5 phr and the amount of carbon black N550 was 20 phr,the HNBR vulcanized rubber had excellent high-temperature resistance and damping properties,and the 100%constant extensional stress was low.(3)In order to meet the oil field screw drilling tool sealing material still has excellent tensile strength and compression permanent deformation performance at high temperature 120?,on the basis of the experiments in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4,HNBR 2000 with a hydrogenation degree of 99%was used as the glue system,and carbon black/ZDMA methacrylate was used as the reinforcement system,the high-temperature resistance of vulcanized rubber was further improved through the exploration of vulcanization system and antioxidant system.The results showed that among the different the assisting vulcanizing agent,assisting vulcanizing agent PDM had excellent high-temperature resistance and the highest tensile strength at the high temperature of 120?,and the comprehensive properties of HNBR vulcanized adhesive were the best when the assisting vulcanizing agent PDM was 3 phr;in the antioxidant system,the HNBR vulcanizates with the antioxidant of MB,RD and 445 had better high temperature resistance,the combination of antioxidants can improve the protective effect and the high-temperature mechanical properties of HNBR vulcanized adhesive with the antioxidant of MB/RD are excellent.
