The formula design, vulcanization technics and relationship between structures and properties of high modulus and tensile strength,low compression set and heat-resistant sealing material were studied in this paper, and we have got the results that the technics and manufacturing technology of sealing material could fulfill the requires of item.First we study on the variety of rubber. We choose the Zetpol2010L and Therban3446with the rubber of sealing material by study on all-around properties in five trademark rubber materials. Otherwise, structures and properties of the HNBR filled with two different peroxide vulcanizing agent such as D25and DCP were compared. The results showed that with equal mol mass of peroxide free radical,DCP had high vulcanization rate.The HNBR vulcanizate have excellent physical and mechanical performanceand low compress set.So we concluded the best mass of DCP was5phr.We also prove the properties were not change by prolonging vulcanization time,but we can add post-vulcanization time in order to improve physical and mechanical performance and reduce the change ratio of performance after aging and compression set. So we concluded the optimal vulcanization technical were:vulcanization time was(t90+30)min and post-vulcanization time was9h. In addition, by studying processing flow behavior, physical mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and micro structures of the HNBR composites filled with ZDMAã€SiO2and N550, we got the results that the HNBR compouds were non-Newtonian fluid, compouds with ZDMA has higer flowability,but the compression set was high. ZDMA and SiO2had the best reinforcing effect,but had poor compression set properties.HNBR vulcanizates with N550had low compression set and elongation at break. We also sdudied changing the mass ratio of different filler in rubber comparing those Formula,we choose that when ZDMA/N550was10/30,the mechanical properties could achieve high modulus and tensile strength,low compression set and best heat-resistant blend decreased. When HNBR filler with different carbon black and ZDMA, the tensile strength and compression set reduse with increase diameter of carbon particle. Finally,through microstructures of the HNBR composites filled with ZDMA, machanism of nano-reinforcement and relationship between micorstrucrure and properties were discussed... |
